Once the refund has been initiated from our team, the refunded amount is expected to reflect in PharmEarth Wallet/Bank Account as per the payment method - Cash On Delivery -The refund will be credited in PharmEarth Wallet within 3-5 business days. Net Banking - The refund will be credited in the source bank account in 5-7 business days. Online Payment (Credit/Debit Card) - Refund will be credited in the source bank account in 5-7 business days. E-Wallets - Refund will be credited in your respective e-wallet in 5-7 business days. Note: Refund timelines depend upon bank turnaround times and RBI guidelines.
You can raise a return request for all medicines within 30 days of delivery. Follow the below steps to initiate a return - Go to ‘My Order’ Select the order to return, and click on the ‘Return’ button. Select the items from the order you wish to return and enter the return reason We will cater to your return request within 48 hours.
