At PharmEarth we try to deliver medicines on the same day, depending upon the medicine delivery and the delivery pin-code. Note: The estimated delivery date of the orders will vary based on the delivery location and cannot be expected to be delivered the same day.
We do not sell products with the ‘not for sale’ tag, as suggested by the guidelines of the legal and regulatory body of the Government of India.
Our general delivery days are between 1-4 business days depending on your delivery location. You can even check your estimated delivery days while placing your order.

Sorry, once the order is placed and later accepted then you cannot modify your delivery address. In such cases, we recommend you to cancel the previous order and place a fresh one.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method by which you can pay for your ordered item in cash when the shipment gets delivered at your delivery address. This method is beneficial for customers who don’t own a credit/debit card or hesitate to pay online. Thus, rather than making advance payments you can easily use PharmEarth’s COD option to pay for your orders.
COD orders don’t have any charges. All you have to do is pay the order amount to the courier delivery person while receiving the package.

You will get an email/sms regarding the confirmation of your order along with tracking details. You can also anytime log in into the PharmEarth application and watch the tracking status of the order. You can anytime check the status of your order by simply logging into your account. Go to - ‘My Orders’ >> Select the Order to view status >> Check the order status. At PharmEarth we take every possible care in packing your order. It will be packed in sealed blisters with strip packaging.
